Introduction

Beesly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in relation to our iOS application Beesly (the "App").

Information Collection and Use

Personal Data Storage

All your data is stored privately on your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to, collect, store, or process any of your personal data or beekeeping information. Your hive data, harvest records, and all other information you enter into the App remains entirely under your control through your iCloud account.

What This Means

  • Your beekeeping data never leaves your iCloud account
  • We cannot see, access, or retrieve your information
  • Data syncs between your devices using your personal iCloud
  • You maintain complete control and ownership of your data
  • Deleting the app from all devices will remove all associated data

Subscription Information

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple handles all billing and payment processing according to their privacy policy.

Our subscription options include:

  • 7-day free trial for new users
  • Monthly subscription: £4.99 per month
  • Annual subscription: £34.99 per year

The subscription is entirely optional. The free trial allows you to experience all features before deciding to subscribe.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use Apple's built-in analytics tools to collect anonymized, aggregated information about app crashes and usage patterns. This data cannot be linked to you personally and is used solely to improve the App's performance and stability.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your data. All functionality is self-contained within the App and your iCloud storage.

Data Security

Your data security is managed by Apple's iCloud infrastructure. We recommend:

  • Using a strong Apple ID password
  • Enabling two-factor authentication for your Apple ID
  • Keeping your devices updated with the latest iOS versions

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
